JT’s journey at Core Health & Fitness has been marked by a steadfast dedication to mastering various facets of the business. His extensive experience within the organization has afforded him a profound understanding of Core's systems, processes, and products.

As Director of Products for the Nautilus portfolio, JT's leadership was transformative, resulting in remarkable growth for the brand. Under his guidance, profitability increased by $6 million, and annual revenue grew from $44 million to $55 million as of 2022. His strategic vision also led to the successful transition of manufacturing operations to China, resulting in a substantial increase in gross margins. JT's contributions include the successful launch of hero products, driving incremental sales of over $13.5 million year-to-date. His attentiveness to customer satisfaction is evident in his work with training sessions, webinars, club site visits, and VIP events.

JT's educational background further underscores his qualifications for this leadership role. He is a proud graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder, with a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from the College of Business Administration. In addition to his academic achievements, JT has received specialized training and certifications, including Six Sigma, Lean, DMAIC, Project Management, Leadership, and Financial Literacy.

In his new role as Vice President of Global Customer Support, JT aims to leverage his experience to enhance customer interactions and streamline global customer service operations.
