WhiteWater celebrates completion of “biggest undertaking” in company history

Fulfilling a record $29m order, WhiteWater has supplied all attractions at a newly-opened waterpark – now China’s largest.
Yinji Kaifeng Water World celebrated its grand opening on 1 July.
WhiteWater said the development was the biggest undertaking in its history. “We are extremely proud to work with Yinji Dynasty to assist them in bringing a new level of waterpark sophistication to the industry. This park is going to raise the bar for Chinese tourism destinations all around the country,” said president and CEO Geoff Chutter.
The waterpark features a Shoot the Chute, three AquaPlay structures and China’s first Manta waterslide. Yinji Kaifeng is also now home to several unique Fusion waterslides, including a Fusion AquaLoop + Flatline Loop and the first AquaSphere + Constrictor.
Nine separate waterslide complexes offer nearly 50 waterslides, three wave pools, two Wave Rivers and a FlowRider Double.
