Westin Warsaw opens for business

The Westin Warsaw Hotel, located in the city’s business and financial centre, opened this week and guests can take advantage of a special opening rate until the end of August.
The 20-storey, five star hotel – owned by Hotel Atrium and to be operated by Starwood Hotels & Resorts under its Westin Hotels & Resorts brand – has 361 bedrooms, conference facilities, a ballroom, a 1,600sq ft presidential suite, a Fusion restaurant, JP’s bar and a fitness centre.
Designers were John Portman & Associates of Atlanta, Design Office Kazimierski and Ryba of Warsaw and Sweden’s Skanska Teknik. Interior design was created by Wilson & Associates of Dallas. Details: www.starwood.com
