West Wickham Leisure Centre opens new exercise studio

Leisure trust Bromley Mytime and Bromley Council have announced the opening of a new exercise and fitness studio at West Wickham Leisure Centre.
Classes now include body combat and body pump to music as well as yoga and pilates.
The existing gym has also been improved to include new exercise stations and air-conditioning.
Cllr Neil Reddin, portfolio holder for resources, said: “I am delighted that the partnership between the council and Bromley Mytime is delivering improvements to local leisure services. This new studio will enable more people than ever to benefit from an active lifestyle, and I am pleased that it will cater for all ages and abilities.”
