A new 2,995-bedroom resort - The Cosmopolitan - has officially opened in Las Vegas, Nevada, US.
Facilities include a 100,000sq ft (9,290sq m) casino; the Sahra Spa and Hammam and the Marquee Nightclub and Dayclub, as well as nine retail boutiques.
Among the signature spa offerings are a 'reimagined' steamroom; a heated hammam; the Sahra Suite; and a number of other spa suites with treatment areas and relaxation space.
The Cosmopolitan also offers three pool experiences - the Boulevard Pool, the Bamboo Pool and the Day Club Pool, as well as a number of dining options.
David Rockwell, Jeffrey Beers, Adam D Tihany and the Friedmutter Group are among the interior architects to have worked on the design of the resort.
John Unwin, chief executive officer of The Cosmopolitan, said: "The Cosmopolitan is about creating a resort experience set apart from anything that exists right now in Las Vegas.
