SHOKK is set to launch two new training workshops called SHOKK X-treme and SHOKK Cheer in response to a growing youth interest in extreme sports culture.
The SHOKK X-treme workout has been developed around the Vew-Do Board – a piece of equipment similar to a skateboard, but without wheels, used for training in balance, co-ordination, cardiovascular fitness and strength.
SHOKK has also teamed up with the UK Cheerleading Association (UKCA) to develop SHOKK Cheer to bring a wide range of cheerleading moves into the studio.
The youth fitness operator is currently liasing with the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) to gain accreditation for the new courses.
