Physical Company kit chosen for country club

Physical Company installed Speed Ropes and other studio kit at Northwood Country Club, Greater London
Physical Company recently installed its newest products including Olympic bars, Battle Ropes, Speed Ropes, Powerbags, BOSU Elites and a TRX Rig at Northwood Country Club gym studio, Greater London.
It also installed dumbbell and kettlebell stacks and racks, stability balls, medicine balls and machine attachments in the refit, which was designed to retain the country club feel while introducing fresh training concepts to attract new, younger members.
Physical Company designed the entire refit for new club owner Darwin Wellness and finished the job in three weeks.
Steve Plunkett, Darwin Wellness fitness director wanted a ‘PT friendly’ gym with plenty of space for his trainers to work one-to-one and with small groups.
Physical Company used platforms and isolation areas for dumbbells and cable work and placed Star Trac cardio machines at careful intervals to allow trainers and clients to interact in comfort.
“As a total solutions provider Physical Company not only recommended and supplied the best kit but also advised on the gym layout and trained our trainers to bring everyone up to speed,” says Steve.
