PerformX Live, the UK's leading business conference and exhibition for the fitness and wellbeing industry, is set to unveil a series of groundbreaking changes for its 2025 event, including a move to NEC Birmingham.

This decision to relocate to the UK’s leading events venue demonstrates the ambition of the PerformX team to significantly grow the show in 2025.

The best of the best fitness educators in a state-of-the-art auditorium – The PerformX 2025 education programme promises to be the best version yet with globally renowned speakers delivering exclusive masterclasses and workshops never before seen in the UK. This much-anticipated line-up will be hosted in an equally impressive new auditorium with state-of-the-art AV and lighting.

Attracting a global audience – The NEC’s incredible travel hub, with an airport and train station on-site, will support plans to unite an audience from across the UK, Europe and the globe as part of the mission to create a world-leading event.

A premium VIP experience – More than 500 elite fitness industry executives and buyers will enjoy an exclusive suite of VIP amenities made possible by the additional space and facilities on-site at the NEC. Plans include a custom-built networking lounge, hot-desking workspace, relaxation zones and a private bar, all designed to foster deeper connections and drive business over the two days.

PerformX boardroom – A new, closed-door boardroom will provide a dynamic setting for industry leaders to engage in whiteboarding, robust debates and collaborative roundtables, positioning PerformX as the nexus of industry transformation.

The ‘Gym of the Future’ showcase – Taking advantage of the venue’s additional capacity and flexibility, PerformX will introduce the ‘Gym of the Future’ centerpiece at the heart of a stunning, modern venue. This feature will showcase cutting-edge products and never-before-seen technology from brands pioneering innovation within the industry.

An unforgettable after party – The 2024 after party was a real highlight, so PerformX will harness the impressive facilities on hand at the NEC to deliver the ‘must attend’ fitness networking party of the year.
