Next Step for Next Generation

The head of health and fitness for Next Generation health and racquets clubs, Malcolm McPhail, has registered all relevant members of staff from the group’s 10 clubs to the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) – a total of 110 new signings.
McPhail said: “We are delighted to come on board and from 1 June 2004 it will be company policy to look for REPs classification and accreditation from all new employees.
“We are also encouraging our existing members of staff to take full advantage of REPs membership and to progress within its levels.”
