New waterplay structures installed at US waterparks

Whitewater West Industries – a US waterpark construction company – has supplied new interactive waterplay structures to two waterparks.
White Water Bay at New York’s Six Flags Great Escape Lodge has just installed a 4,400sq ft (410sq m) water feature called Tall Timbers Treehouse.
The multi-level water attraction comprises 160 interactive features, including arching jets, tipping cones, pipe falls, spinning trays, water curtains, wheels and a giant wooden bucket which periodically spills gallons of water onto guests waiting below. Visitors can access the treehouse via one of three body slides.
Fort Rapids’ indoor waterpark resort at the Holiday Inn in Columbus, Ohio, has installed a multi-level family structure called the Whizzard, which allows visitors to race down an enclosed multi-lane flume on mats at high speed. Details: www.whitewaterwest.com
