New chair elected to Brecon Beacons NPA

Brecon Beacons National Park Authority (BBNPA) has revealed that Julie James, a Welsh Assembly Government-appointed member, has been "unanimously elected' as new chair.
James is one of the eight members appointed by the devolved administration and is now set to replace Eric Saxon of Monmouthshire County Council, the BBNPA's outgoing chair. "The team of members I work alongside have a wealth of knowledge and expertise that can rise to the growing challenges we face as an authority," said James.
"Playing to those strengths that we bring to the table I believe that there is very little we cannot achieve."
