New European deals for optimal

The Optimal Life Fitness Group has signed its first Extreme Kettlebell deal with Fitness First Europe in France and the Fitness Company Germany (part of Fitness First).
The package, developed in conjunction with Fitness First Europe, includes installations, instructor training, taster sessions for members and a Fitness First-branded kettlebell, and is expected to impact particularly on the PT market.
This follows the installation of Extreme Kettlebells across Fitness First Holland in 2007. Optimal is now setting up an education structure within Fitness First Europe, developing Master Trainers in each country to run courses across Europe.
