The 135,000sq m (1,450,000sq ft) Millenium Hall will house entertainment, retail and business amenities.
The 17,000sq m (183,000sq ft) entertainment area will include a bowling alley, a winter ice rink – which will be transformed into a summer roller skating rink – and a 4,500-seat Arena Hall for concerts, operas and festivals.
Additional facilities will comprise a multiplex cinema, a children’s amusement park, pool tables and squash courts.
There will also be a three-star hotel, a fitness centre and spa as well as 2,500sq m (27,000sq ft) of restaurant and café space.
Construction is set to start by end of the year, with completion expected within a year. Details: www.dtz.com
