Marriott Kensington to open in May
The London Marriott Hotel, Kensington, will become the latest addition to the group's UK portfolio when it opens in May this year.
Designed by architects, Moren-Greenhalgh, the £16m hotel features a glass atrium which, at 28m high, will be the largest in Europe.
Within the atrium will be the hotel's 93-cover, Italian theme Fratelli restaurant, the 40-seat bar Nabuco, serving a wide range of drinks and tapas-style bar snacks, and a Costa Coffee Café.
The hotel will offer 216 bedrooms, including 47 executive rooms - with access to the ground floor Executive Lounge - 5 suites, 3-wheelchair accessible rooms and 100 rooms equipped for hearing and visually impaired guests.
Also available are nine conference rooms - for up to 200 delegates - and a Leisure Club, whose facilities include a sauna, steam room and Life Fitness gym equipment. Additionally, the hotel is one of the few in West London with a pool.
