Marbella Club acquires Schlössle Hotel group

The Marbella Club Hotel SA has acquired the luxury boutique Schlössle Hotel group from two Norwegian private funds for an undisclosed sum.
The group consists of the flagship, five-star Schlössle Hotel and the St Petersburg in Estonia and the five-star Grand Palace in Riga, Latvia.
The purchaser operates The Marbella Club Hotel, Golf Resort and Spa in Marbella.
