Lifetime achieves accreditation treble
In the three months to October, Lifetime received certification for three national accreditations – the Training Quality Standard (TQS), the Investors in People award, and a Grade Two in its Ofsted inspection.
The TQS recognises training providers who can deliver a high quality, flexible and responsive provision to address skills gaps in their business.
The Investors in People report recognised Lifetime as an “outstanding organisation with sound processes and a solid business structure”, also commending the company’s leadership style, culture, communications and support systems. And the Ofsted report said Lifetime’s key strengths were good development of vocational skills, good assessment practice, good training strategy to meet employers’ needs and good managerial actions to improve the provision.
Mike Beeney, business development director at Lifetime, says: “We’ve invested heavily in the way we develop our programmes to meet the needs of both the employer and the employee – this is thanks to the expertise and commitment from all the staff involved.”
Lifetime has also been announced as the National Skills Academy’s first Centre of Excellence for Fitness.
