Jakarta bomb hotels re-open
The Ritz Carlton and JW Marriott hotels in Jakarta, Indonesia have re-opened amid 'heightened' security, 12 days after suicide attacks killed nine people - including the bombers.
Marriott International, which manages both properties, said the hotels - standing adjacent to each other in the city's Mega Kuningan business district - resumed services at 10 a.m. local time on 29 July. The two main areas damaged by the explosions, the Syailendra restaurant at the Marriott and the Airlangga restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton, remain closed.
