Spa break company in:spa has announced two new yoga retreats which will take place at Shreyas in India on 2-11 December 2007 and 15-24 February 2008.
Each in:spa break takes place in selected locations where the hotel or resort is taken over for exclusive use by the company and its clients. A typical in:spa retreat team includes nutritionists, masseurs, yoga teachers and chefs.
Focused primarily on yoga, the retreats are suitable for beginners, intermediates and advanced students. International yoga teachers Liz Lark and Claire Missingham will lead the Shreyas retreat with a choice of either classes or workshops to enable guests to work on specific areas of their yoga technique.
Set in 25 acres of landscaped garden in the middle of the countryside, around an hour’s drive away from Bangalore, Shreyas combines traditional Indian influences with contemporary design and modern facilities.
