Honeycombe Leisure up for sale
The board of pub operator Honeycombe Leisure has decided to put the company up for sale.
The decision follows a strategic review, carried out by Graham & Sibbald Chartered Surveyors, in which the company, which owns 115 pubs in the north of England, was valued at £56.5m.
A spokesperson for the company said: “The board has considered a number of strategic alternatives for the company and has concluded that a sale is in the best interests of Honeycombe shareholders.
“Rothschild (investment bankers) has been appointed to handle the auction process, which will commence immediately.” Details: www.honeycombe.co.uk
