Graceland Randers opens in Denmark
Graceland Randers - a new attraction that has been inspired by Elvis Presley's most iconic home in Memphis, US - has officially opened its doors in Denmark.
The exterior of the building is modelled on Presley's Graceland property, while the interior houses one of the only non-mobile museums dedicated to the singer outside the US. An Elvis shop, an American-style diner, a mini-movie theatre and a ballroom also comprises the facilities at Graceland Randers, which has taken under a year to deliver.
BWK Malerfirma; Profil Systemer; Smærup and Wessman; Byens Blik and VVS; Ørsted Murerforretning; Nr Borup; and Kastberg all worked on the scheme. Fårup Beton and John Drejer were also involved in delivering Graceland Randers, which it is expected - according to the BBC - to attract 125,000 visitors each year.
