Grace Hotels acquires Beijing property

Grace Hotels Group (GHG) has announced its first move into the Asian market, following the acquisition of the Yi House Hotel boutique property in Beijing, China.
Located in the heart of the city's 798 Art District, the hotel has been secured in partnership with its former owners and incorporates 30 luxury rooms. GHG has confirmed that Yi House is the first of its proposed expansion into the region and comes after the company's growth into the Americas at the end of 2010.
