Expansion for Gymophobics

Gymophobics, the express circuit concept, is due to expand with another 30 sites planned for England and Scotland.
Launched in 2003 by founder Donna Hubbard, there are currently 25 centres in the group.
The concept targets women with a 30-minute circuit using air compression equipment from HUR equipment. Although the time spent on each machine remains the same, the individual user can work faster or more slowly according to ability.
Membership fees are a maximum of £28 a month with discounts for advanced payment and include free dietary advice.
The company also opened a dedicated training school in Stafford this January to deal with the planned growth. This offers training for Gymophobics’ instructors covering such topics as exercise physiology, anatomy and nutrition
