An excavation project involving the removal of thousands of tonnes of sand is to start soon beneath a Skegness hotel on the Lincolnshire Coast, UK.

The baths were built in the late 1890s beneath the Victorian Seacroft Hydro, which has recently been restored and is now known as The Royal Renaissance Hotel.
Once uncovered, the spa baths will be incorporated in to a £3m development plan to add a leisure and spa complex to the hotel’s existing amenities.
