Employment Law Assistance at Bevan Brittan Workshop

BHA patron supplier law firm Bevan Brittan will be hosting a FREE employment workshop for BHA members on Wednesday, 26 November at their office in central London.
The workshop will focus on effective restructuring and redundancy and will be of real benefit to members during the unsettling times of the credit crunch. The interactive workshop will focus on:
- Your legal obligations
- Effective reorganisation and redundancy processes
- How to avoid employment tribunal claims
- Current best practice
- Practical tips to deal with issues concerning the consultation and dismissal process Members of the Bevan Brittan team will also be on hand to answer any questions regarding employment law during this workshop. There will be a registration and breakfast at 8.30am with the workshop taking place 9.am - 12.pm.
