Leisure trust Fusion Lifestyle has appointed Dan Reynolds as head of sports and community development.
Reynolds was formerly leisure services manager at Spelthorne Borough Council, where he project managed more than £3m of capital improvement works.
He has also represented Surrey on the South East Sports Working Group for the 2012 Games.
Reynolds’ team is tasked with establishing community networks, engaging with hard to reach groups and increasing participation levels within Fusion’s management contracts.
