The Barracuda Group is investing £4m to roll out six new pubs this month.
The four new acquisitions and rebranding of two existing pubs are based in Inverness, Rugeley, Bebington, North Shields, Port Talbot and Southampton.
Chief executive Mark McQuater said: “The new businesses have made it an exceptionally busy time for the company and we will continue to develop and expand our portfolio of brands right across the UK.”
Barracuda operates 211 pubs and bars across the UK under its brands Smith & Jones, Varsity, Juniper, Cape and Barracuda Bar.
