Asian resort and spa operator Banyan Tree Holdings (BTH) is to make further strategic inroads into the Middle Eastern property market with 10 sites scheduled to open over the next three years.
Many of the 10 new Banyan Tree properties will include a spa and will be situated in a variety of locations, including Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Oman and Jordan, which will increase BTH’s total number of rooms by 30-fold.
Next to open will be the Angsana Hotel & Suites in Dubai this year. Consisting of two towers, it will be the flagship property of BTH’s Angsana brand in the Middle East and will feature a signature Angsana Spa with therapeutic Asian-style treatments, plus two rooftop swimming pools.
