Bannatyne opens Wakefield club

Bannatyne Fitness has opened its 29th club and plans another three as part of its 2003 expansion programme.
The £4m club in Wakefield has been equipped by 86 pieces of Life fitness CV and resistance equipment, three studios and a 20m pool, sauna, steam room and whirlpool.
The company plans to open three more sites in Eastbourne, Wellingborough and the north-east by the end of the year.
