Property investor Aprirose has acquired leaseholds on nine freehold Revolution vodka bars from Inventive Leisure for £17m.
The properties are based in Huddersfield, Lancaster, Leicester, Lincoln, Liverpool, Newcastle-under-Lyme and Wolverhampton plus two in Manchester.
Christie + Co advised Aprirose – which owns a £300m portfolio that includes hotels, pubs and restaurants – on the 25-year lessee deal.
Christie & Co’s director, Jon Patrick, said: “The Inventive sale and leaseback portfolio comprised over 80,000sq ft of good-quality real estate, with rental levels set at a realistic proportion of profits. This should enable Inventive to maintain investment in the units in the future.”
