Allam to invest in Hull Kingston Rovers

Hull Kingston Rovers rugby league club has announced that businessman Assem Allam is to invest a "seven-figure sum" in its playing squad and facilities.
The funding will be made available on a gradual basis and will enhance player development, while also improving the Super League club's strategic development and facility plans. Hull Kingston Rovers chair Neil Hudgell said: "The overriding terms are that it is used to benefit the longevity of the club and enable us to improve and enhance the facilities and infrastructure."
