With longevity a strong trend, ACE Fitness is hosting a virtual summit to empower fitness professionals to work with clients towards a longer and healthier life.
Taking place on 8 November, the one-day summit will include five sessions focused around how to work with clients to improve their length and quality of life. It will include a panel discussion about the role of exercise in health span and longevity; how to leverage wearables to access and improve longevity, as well as a deeper dive into how yoga and Pilates can impact healthspan.
“In today’s fast-paced, technology-driven world, where fads and quick fixes abound, achieving long-term health and wellness has never been more critical,” says ACE president and CEO, Dr Cedric Bryant. “Longevity is not just about living longer; it’s about making sure those additional years are vibrant, fulfilling, and enriched by well-being.”
Aimed at fitness professionals who want to expand their practice in ways that promote healthy movement, holistic activities and longevity for their clients, attendees can also earn continuing education credit to maintain their certification and competency in the field.
