Focus Training, the UK's premier provider of training for fitness professionals, has announced the launch of its new and diverse range of one-day CPD workshops. The 'PURE Series' currently comprises of eleven courses and is specifically aimed at keeping health and fitness professionals motivated and at the top of their game.

Great news for anyone with a Personal Trainer or Gym Instructor qualification. The PURE Series offers a quick and easy option for developing your skills base through a series of one day workshops, all REPS accredited, so you'll be acquiring your quota of CPD points for your annual REPS re-registration.

So, what does the day involve? Well, as you might expect from Focus, it's planned to perfection to give you maximum results, and that includes making sure you enjoy yourself! The workshops are scheduled from 10am to 4pm but you'll find our trainers are always ready to spend as long as it takes to make sure that you go home with all your questions answered. What's not on the agenda however, are time-consuming written examinations, you'll simply be assessed as you go throughout the day.
