After successful October events in Berlin and Madrid, Cyprus is the next stop on the Les Mills Live 2024 World Tour.
The fitness rave, staged as part of a collaboration between Les Mills and Adidas, brings together thousands of training fans and showcases the two brands’ vision for the future of training.
The high-octane events involve the opportunity to take part in immersive Les Mills workouts, supported by VR technology, light shows and musical performances, as well as the chance to buy Adidas apparel, footwear and accessories and pick up exclusive merchandise.
Les Mills Pilates is being debuted as one of the workouts on offer. The 45-minute Pilates programme combines choreography, hypnotic music and the latest exercise science. Research led by a team of expert at Canada’s University of the Fraser Valley found that participants experienced a 61 per cent in abdominal endurance after eight weeks.
Les Mills and Adidas launched their partnership in January 2023 to create joyful fitness experiences and inspire people to be active. The partners have also created a global network of 1,000 sponsored athletes to represent the collaboration and showcase the latest products and initiatives. An Earn and Burn incentive programme allows people to collect rewards for Adidas products when they complete Les Mills workouts.
Les Mills Live Cyprus takes place on 16 and 17 November, followed by Athens on 23 November before heading to Riyadh on 30 November.
