Life Fitness launches at-home on-demand workout videos to help keep exercisers active
Life Fitness has launched a series at-home on-demand workouts to keep users active in the wake of the coronavirus.
The workouts will include three 'workout of the day' challenges and have been created by trainers from the Life Fitness Academy, the global education arm of Life Fitness.
They will be available via Life Fitness' Digital Coach platform, which can be accessed on both mobile and desktop devices, via any browser.
Access will be available to all uses free of charge for a limited time and information will be sent to Life Fitness customers, for them to distribute to their members to help encourage physical activity while gyms are temporarily closed and users are in quarantine.
