TMActive is launching a new Active Wellbeing Studio next month in Tonbridge, UK, specifically aimed at people who face higher barriers to entry.
Based at the Angel Centre, the new studio will feature nine pieces of power-assisted Innerva equipment, designed to make movement easier, safer and more inclusive for people of all abilities.
Russell Kent, business development manager at TMActive says: “I know just how valuable this space will be for the Tonbridge and Malling community. Whether someone is looking to become active again, needs rehabilitation support, or simply wants a welcoming and social environment, the Active Wellbeing Studio will provide it.”
Jon Hymus, managing director, Innerva, said: “The creation of this fantastic new space reflects TMActive’s commitment to reaching further into local communities as they work to support those who are more deconditioned, physically inactive or face greater barriers to activity.”
For every member with a tripod and a big following, there are others irritated at the way equipment is being hogged or wary they’ll be in the background on someone’s Insta feed.
