The session will take place at 7.00pm local time and will feature the brand’s signature movement rituals – involving breathwork, sound and collective emotional release.
The practice is designed to help participants slow down, reflect and move with intention.

• Soneva Soul Festival – between 9-13 October, Sanctum will offer its sessions at the festival at Soneva Fushi, a resort within the Baa Atoll, Maldives.
• Global Wellness Summit (GWS) – Sanctum will run sessions during GWS, a business and education conference for professionals in the spa and wellness industry – between 18-21 October in Dubai.
