Psycle introduces the Lagree Megaformer at new London site
Boutique fitness brand, Psycle, launched its seventh site in London Bridge earlier this month, introducing the Megaformer for the first time.
Created by Sebastian Lagree, the Megaformer workout covers five pillars of physical fitness – endurance, cardiovascular fitness, body composition, flexibility, and strength in a low-impact, high-intensity strength training method. Three different classes are offered – a foundation class; upper body and core and a full body workout.
Alongside the Megaformer studio, there is the Ride studio with more than 50 bikes. A new Strength Ride is being offered that places greater emphasis on resistance, slower tempos and powerful rhythm-riding to build strength, power and endurance, through challenging hill climbs, energetic intervals and targeted upper-body work with weights.
Psycle CEO, David Watt, says: “The opening of Psycle’s seventh London studio in London Bridge marks another considered step in the evolution of the brand and our continued commitment to shaping the future of premium fitness in the capital. As London’s fitness landscape continues to grow, our focus remains on an unwavering commitment to excellence, innovation and community.”
This site does not offer the infrared barre and yoga workouts that are offered at some of Psycle’s other locations, including the Bank site that opened last year.
Pay as you go, credits or memberships are offered.
