The RMT Club, a multi-functional training tool, has arrived in the UK and is now available to gyms, clubs, trainers and PTs.

Physical Company will be the exclusive distributor having signed a contract with US company WeckMethod, which created the individual weighted clubs.

Using the principles of rotational movement training the RMT Club is designed to improve power, range of movement, strength, co-ordination, balance and athletic movement. As well as being rotated, the clubs can be swung and slammed in a wide variety of exercises for a full body workout.

Physical Company says the RMT Club has a number of features that differentiate it from traditional wooden and steel Indian clubs. Its flexible head is made from an ultra-durable material that allows the club to be hit against a number of hard surfaces, while it also has an internal shifting weight that provides dynamic resistance as well as “audible feedback”.

The RMT Clubs also have rubber coated handles to ensure excellent grip and can be used on their own for a full workout or incorporated into sport-specific training sessions or individual training programmes.
