Flex Urethane series of PowerBlocks

The Flex Urethane Series from PowerBlock are the fourth generation of PowerBlocks. The urethane coated weight plates offer the ultimate in smooth, quiet performance in addition to their ‘flex’ technology (patent pending) in both the weight plates and the selector pins making for the most durable PowerBlock yet. The coloured rails are powder coat painted and are on both sides of each block for easy identification of the different weights.

With the premium urethane coating, ‘flex’ technology and additional weight increments than the Sport Series, this range is perfect for the discerning home fitness enthusiast and carries a lifetime home warranty. For personal trainers, sports coaches and therapists using PowerBlocks with their clients under fully supervised conditions; the Flex Urethane Series carries a 5-year light commercial warranty.

U50 is the most popular model within the Flex Urethane Series

The U50 Dumbbells Set has a total weight range of 1kg-22.5kg per hand, which is the equivalent of 20 pairs of traditional fixed-weight dumbbells.

The versatility of the U50 Dumbbell Set is due to the adder weights within the core handle of each dumbbell. On their own the two adder weights each weigh 1kg and so even before any of the weight plates are used, you can train in 1kg, 2.5kg, 3.5kg and 4.5kg increments per hand. By either using one, two or none of the adder weights you can train in incremental steps as your training needs change.

Optional U50 stand available to purchase separately

Although the U50 Dumbbells can be used without the need for a stand, PowerBlock recommends purchasing the optional stand as it enables the user to lift and lower the dumbbells at the optimal height and angle for safe and effective training. Stands and dumbbells are purchased separately.
