Three jump ropes have been added to Escape Fitness’ range of functional training equipment.

The additions – ‘Fitness Jump Rope’, ‘Leather Jump Rope’ and ‘Cross Training Jump Rope’ – have been designed to cater to different types of functional training and offer different benefits.

Fitness Jump Rope is aimed at the mass exercise market and can be included into PT sessions, circuits and boot camps. Escape says it can help improve co-ordination and client proprioception which can in turn help develop skills for when other equipment is being used, or as more advanced training methods are adopted.

Designed with martial arts gyms and boxers in mind, Leather Jump Rope provides a full body workout, testing the heart, arms and shoulders to help users burn fat and get them into shape.

Cross Training Jump Rope, as the name suggests, is targeted at the cross training segment, providing a fast-paced workout. It features roller bearing handles designed for easy and smooth rotations.
