Fold, the innovative Pilates brand, today unveils Tower, a major step in continuing to build on the Pilates ecosystem following the boom in reformer pilates. Tower is a Pilates Tower designed exclusively to attach to a foldable reformer bed to allow users to practice tower pilates at home and in their studio.

This is Fold's boldest move since the award-winning Original Fold Reformer with Easi-Fold system shook up the industry with its innovative design. Stepping away from the hero product to continue building out the repertoire, Tower isn't just an add-on, it's a statement. This is a first of its kind design offering full tower Pilates functionality, the kind you'd only find in premium studios, available for home and in studio use.

What is tower Pilates?

Tower Pilates is resistance-based training at its finest, giving you a slow, controlled workout. Great for isolating muscles for deep targeted strength and identifying imbalances through the use of spring tension.

Engineering a Tower that works seamlessly with both versions of Fold’s foldable reformer beds took serious innovation and time. Fold's team extensively tested and stress-tested Tower to ensure it performs flawlessly on both the Original Fold Reformer (V1 & V2).

The result? The ability to have a true 3-in-1 training system: mat, reformer, tower. All easy to use. All beautifully designed.
