It is presented by iF International Forum Design GmbH, one of the world’s oldest independent design institutions, with a legacy spanning over 70 years.

The award recognises the innovative design and functionality of the OTS Batteryless lock – the world’s first smart lock that is battery-free, wire-free, and maintenance-free, while also being cloud-connected. In doing so, Ojmar stands out as one of the best among nearly 11,000 entries from 66 countries, an impressive feat that highlights the intense competitiveness of this award.

Thanks to OJMAR’s innovative spirit, its revolutionary and pioneering OTS Batteryless lock for lockers and office furniture convinced the international panel of experts – made up of 131 independent design professionals – and triumphed over a field of strong contenders, deservedly earning the coveted mark of distinction.

This award joins other international accolades received by this groundbreaking product, such as the Best of NeoCon, Best of Orgatec, and the Mix Awards.
