Brass Monkey, creator of the UK’s most powerful ice bath technology, has announced a landmark nationwide wide partnership with Village Health & Wellness Clubs to introduce state-of-the-art ice baths across 32 locations. This collaboration marks the brand’s expansion into the gym and hospitality sectors, redefining wellness offerings for a broader audience.

Building on successful relationships with luxury brands such as Bulgari Hotels and Six Senses, Brass Monkey continues to lead the cold-water therapy revolution. The installations will begin in March and roll out bi-weekly through June, allowing Village Health & Wellness Clubs’ guests to experience the transformative benefits of ice baths firsthand.

“This partnership with Village Health & Wellness Clubs is a huge milestone for Brass Monkey—our first nationwide rollout, bringing the benefits of cold water immersion to more people than ever before. We’ve seen first-hand how ice baths transform recovery and well-being, and now guests across the UK will have access to this powerful experience as part of their fitness and wellness routine.” – says Danyl Bosomworth, Founder of Brass Monkey.

Revolutionising Wellness Across the UK

The partnership underscores the increasing popularity of cold-water immersion therapy, a practice that aids muscle recovery, improves circulation, and boosts mental clarity. With product innovation at its core, Brass Monkey offers free-standing, high-capacity ice baths designed for optimal user experience.

Village Health & Wellness Clubs, known for their forward-thinking approach to guest services, are embracing this trend to enhance their wellness facilities, making cold-water therapy more accessible than ever before. Guests at the South Leeds location will be among the first to enjoy this wellness upgrade, with additional locations to follow.

“This collaboration goes beyond traditional hotel and gym offerings,” added Bosomworth. “It’s about creating a cohesive wellness journey that inspires long-term health and wellbeing.”

"We're delighted to partner with Brass Monkey to elevate the wellness experience we offer our members. With wellness fast becoming increasingly popular within the fitness space, having the ability to offer cutting-edge cold recovery facilities aligns with our commitment to providing the best in Health and Wellness" says Andy Logan, Regional Operations Manager, Village Health & Wellness Clubs.

Plans for the next 12 months
We regularly introduce new technological advancements to our commercial ice baths, with a specific emphasis on aesthetics.

Lighting and sound are two areas we are currently exploring.

Our latest products are poised to be trialled in increasingly high-use environments, enabling us to refine their implementation in both freestanding and fully integrated units.

We are currently celebrating installations at Arc (Canary Wharf) and the commencement of a new partnership with Gymbox, Finsbury Park.
