Short-breaks holiday company Center Parcs is investing £12m to revamp its restaurants and bars over the next 12 months.
Tragus Group will manage nine restaurants across the portfolio – including the introduction of the Café Rouge, Bella Italia, Strada and Ortega brands – while Center Parcs will continue to manage and operate the majority of its restaurants and bars.
Martin Dalby, CEO of Center Parcs, said: “We wish to ensure that our guests receive the quality, consistency and choice of food and drink that they expect. It is important that we preserve the uniqueness of the Center Parcs’ experience while continuing to improve and meet changing demands.”
The announcement is in line with the company’s plans to send £60m on revamping its accommodation offering throughout its four UK villages.
