Warwick International Hotels group has agreed a long-term lease with Ubud Bali Royal Family members for the luxury Ibah Villas & Spa in Ubud, Bali.
The Ibah spa focuses on ancient and herb-based Balinese therapies with a unique ‘bubble’ pool at its centre, which boasts views over the valley of the Ayung River.
Other facilities include a separate swimming pool, surrounded by stone sculptures and tiled with volcanic rocks. There are also caves built into the nearby hillside where clients can escape from the heat of the midday sun.
The resort consists of 18 villas and will be renamed the Warwick Ibah Luxury Villas and Spa. It will also become a member of The Warwick Collection, which includes more than 40 hotels and resorts worldwide.
