Vodka and sushi bar opens in Bournemouth
The £120,000 Tsar Bar - described as a vodka sushi bar - has opened in Bournemouth.
Designed by Nina Monda of Monda Group, the 850sq ft venue serves vodka from around the world, as well as a Japanese and Russian menu including sushi, sashimi and caviar.
The venue has the capacity for 120 people.
In the bar, the black leather sofas, low Tokyo tables and red barstools have all been supplied by Inova Furniture Contracts.
In the dining area, bright red high-backed ottomans are set against black tables.
The venue also features a small terrace area.
The owners, twins Nicki and Terri Mann - who are backed in the venture by their brother, a South African entrepreneur – plan to open another Tsar Bar within the next year, with Bristol, Brighton and Bath currently being considered for the next site.
