Property company Coral Estates Bulgaria has revealed details of its new development in Byala, Bulgaria, called the Venecia Beach and Spa Resort.
Located on the Black Sea Coast, the Venecia is intended to be one of the most high-end developments in the country and will be located in a naturally wooded area, 262ft (80m) from the Luna Bay Beach.
The Venecia Spa will include treatment rooms, a steam bath, whirlpool and sauna. There will also be an outdoor swimming pool.
The sales manager of Coral Estates, Jenia Stoyanova, said: “The Venecia complex is located metres away from one of the top beaches in Bulgaria – Luna Bay Beach.
“We believe that the area surrounding the property is set to become one of the most exclusive holiday destinations in Bulgaria.”
Further development plans for the area around the Venecia complex, expected to be carried out over the next couple of years, include a new leisure marina with a
promenade and an international-standard
18-hole golf course and family waterpark.
