Entrepreneur Donald Trump’s planned multi-million dollar condo-hotel in New York City, US, will boast a world class spa facility.
The 46-story Trump SoHo, planned for lower Manhattan’s SoHo neighbourhood, will be built in partnership with Trump, the Bayrock Group and Tamir Sapir.
According to media reports, the operating company has already received 3,200 applications for the 400 condo units which will go on sale in the near future.
The hotel is scheduled to open in Spring 2009. Although exact details of the spa have not been released, facilities will include a number of treatment rooms, a large swimming pool, a poolside bar and relaxation area.
Amenities will also include an expansive health and fitness area with the latest range of gym equipment.
Residents at the hotel will also be able to enjoy 24-hour room service provided by a restaurant operated by chef Laurent Tourondel.
