By Lauren Heath-Jones
Technogym has been named as the official fitness equipment supplier for the PyeongChang 2018 Winter Olympic Games. This is the seventh Olympic appointment for the company, who also supplied equipment at the Sydney 2000, Athens 2004, Turin 2006, Beijing 2008, London 2012 and Rio de Janeiro 2016 games.

The Pyeongchang centre will be available to all competing athletes throughout the duration of the Games. The training centres outside of PyeongChang will be located across different competition venues, and will be designed specifically for the events taking place at each venue. Additionally Technogym will also provide a team of professional athletic trainers to support the athletes. Nerio Alessandri, founder and CEO at Technogym, says: “We are very proud to have been chosen as the official partner of the Olympic Games for the seventh time.” Alessandri adds: “This important achievement represents our strong focus on delivering innovation and a high-level of quality through each and every one of our products.”Company Details
