A £16m Staybridge Suites development will be built at the forthcoming mixed-use Kings Waterfront in Liverpool.
The property – comprising 132 studio and one-bedroom suites for extended stay business travellers – will neighbour a proposed Jurys Inn Hotel and face a piazza, convention centre and arena.
Construction company McAleer & Rushe expect to complete the development by 2008.
Louis Woodcock, managing director of BDL, said: “We’re delighted to sign a second agreement with Staybridge Suites, following our first partnership in Brentford, London.”
